The Cape Coral offers many places to go for fine arts and fine crafts classes. The Cape Coral Art Studio has a beautiful art gallery that showcases students' work. Run by Cape Coral Parks and Rec, the Arts Studio is near downtown, at Rubicond Park. You will find painting, drawing, pottery, glass, and photography labs that are all well-equipped along with an art supplies store and a gift shop that features student's work. There are no membership requirements, so both residents and visitors can come and take classes.

Located in Rubicond Park on Coronado Parkway in SE Cape, the Art Center offers classes for all skill levels in fine arts and fine crafts year-round for residents and guests of all ages. One of the unique things about The Bent Brush is that, unlike most paint your own pottery studios, we don’t charge a studio fee. We don’t feel someone who is painting a small figurine, which may only take an hour and a small amount of paint to complete, should pay the same studio fee as someone painting a large vase that takes several hours and more paint. When you choose which piece you want to paint, the price of that piece includes, paints, supplies, tools, glazing and firing of the piece.

Karma and Coconuts is a unique art boutique and gift shop! With over 80 local artists, we have something for everyone! Everything except for our stones, crystals, sage and incense is either handmade or designed by artisans who live in SWFL. PLUS our artists are also our teachers! We have an onsite studio that has classes 5 days a week. If you can dream it, we can create it! AND we can also TEACH you how to create it!

THE ARTIST Lorna Bluestein was born and raised in Indiana. She received her BA in Fine Arts at Indiana University. Her goal is to teach a variety of art styles and techniques to all ages and to inspire those who wish to learn while relaxing in an enjoyable environment.
