a reservation is easy

Please send us the names and address of yourself and all of your guests, your requested vacation dates, as well as the home you would like to stay in.

We will be glad to provide you with a vacation rental contract. The signed contract will have to be accompanied by your ID and proof of residence.

After receipt of the documents we will provide you with a reservation confirmation and check-in information.

We rent our homes directly to our guest or through booking platforms such as through HomeAway/ VRBO and AirBNB.

Booking our homes directly from us is by far the most reasonable way of staying in a FLACASA HOME as we do not charge booking fees to our guests.

REFUNDS

All payments are final. Please make sure to purchase an adequate, cancel for any reason travel insurance.

We like to keep our homes on a 5 star level and the only way we can do this is if we are aware of a problem should it occur so we can correct it right away. Things break in every day life, this is not different in a vacation home. Thank you for giving us the chance of working with you.

Please, if you find something not right, broken, not working or simply not to your liking, inform us by texting the house manager. We will respond during normal business hours, 24/7 for emergencies and if we can, all the time, to help you resolve any issue as soon as possible.
